Mr. Takashi Koyama co-authored a book entitled "Reading of U.S. Supreme Court Cases: Commentary on Intellectual Property and Business Cases in the 21st Century."

February 2015 －“Reading of U.S. Supreme Court Cases: Commentary on Intellectual Property and Business Cases in the 21st Century.”(Co-Editors: Institute of Intellectual Property (IIP) and Akira Ojima) was published by the IIP. This book contains Mr. Koyama’s article entitled ‘Damage claims based on lawyers’malpractice handling patent cases and the exclusive jurisdiction of the U.S. federal courts: Gunn v. Minton, 568 U.S. _, 133 S. Ct. 1059 (2013).’
